We are looking for an upbeat and proactive Deskside Consultant for our Texas branch to work with end users ranging from entry-level employees to C-level executives! This position is in Midland, TX. You will respond to queries related to the supported software, hardware and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.

This is a field position and will require travel around the Midland area.

A Day in the Life:

  • Assist all customers with questions about supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Install applications and computer peripherals
  • Active Directory administration, including unlocking and resetting New Technology and Active Directory user accounts, and SCCM imaging
  • Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction to all clients

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • 7+ years of customer service experience
  • Supporting a Microsoft environment in a service desk or deskside support role
  • Active Directory and SCCM imaging
  • Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Remote support
  • PCs
  • Printer hardware
  • VPN
  • Citrix
  • Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / O365
